A co-founder of G2 Analytics, AJ has a broad background in strategic business development and project management. He has assisted with innovative product development and provided creative business-oriented solutions to companies ranging from technology start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
AJ is a graduate of Seattle University. He currently resides with in Arlington, VA with his wife and serves as the President of Gage International, a business consulting and government affairs firm located in Washington, DC.
Vice President of Business Development
Calder is the co-founder of The Gage Group and G2 Analytics. He is an accomplished sales and marketing professional who brings over 5 years of experience in the technology industry. Experienced in sentiment analysis and media monitoring, Calder helps build business for G2 Analytics and provide clients with in depth analysis.
Prior to G2 Analytics, Calder worked with National Dialogue Monitor, a business unit of TargetPoint Consulting. He has a passion for sports, outdoor adventure and photography. Calder lives with his girlfriend and their dog Augie.
Vice President of Operations
Having helped develop various innovative start-up endeavors, John has an experienced background in sales and marketing. He works on both client projects and on internal projects that help build and develop G2’s business.
Hailing from Bethesda, Maryland, John is a graduate from Kenyon College and currently lives in Washington, DC with his wife and his Yorkie.
Vice President of Data Science
Abby brings her experience with media analytics from her most recent work as a data analyst at Deep Root Analytics during the 2014 Midterms. Prior to Deep Root, Abby worked for Epic Systems to implement unique solutions to configurations issues, improve efficiency and patient safety.
Abby earned her Bachelor’s degree from Brown University with a dual concentration in Applied Mathematics and Economics and currently resides in Alexandria with her golden doodle.

Bringing over 30 years of experience in politics and market research, Gage has a proven track record building numerous successful companies. In 1989, he launched Marker Strategies Inc. and, by 2003, the company had grown into one of the most successful market research firms in the U.S.
In 2003, he founded TargetPoint and revolutionized political campaigns by creating MicroTargeting. Gage’s other business ventures include Deep Root Analytics, Resonate and Two.42.Solutions
Experienced entrepreneur and visionary executive leading the development of interactive technology companies. Most recently co-founded SageEngage, a company enabling interactive digital media communications, using audience engagement to drive insight. Also founded 2 other unique technology companies including CommerceTV and Open Development Corporation. A long time resident of Charlestown, MA and enjoys the New England Patriots, the Red Sox and exploring the world of red wine.
Leo has held various appointed and elected positions at the local, state, and federal level. He served as Chief of Staff for a United States Senator and has consulted on numerous political campaigns, both in the United States and overseas. He is the founder and CEO of Gage International, a business development and government affairs consulting firm headquartered in Washington, DC, and serves as an Honorary Consul for the country of Mongolia.
Ken has a long history of growing businesses such as j2 Global, Metromedia Communications and Global Conference Partners. He’s been fortunate to be honored by the American Marketing Association for strategic effectiveness and has been a part of a successful $1 billion business exit. Ken enjoys building businesses and lives in Boulder with his wife where he is often found in the mountains hiking with his trusty camera over his shoulder.
